Hi, I'm thinking of buying one of these on ebay for about $100. It says it is for Sprint cause it has wi-fi and 3g. I don't have Sprint. So my first question is... can I still use this just connected
I've had a play with one of these in the store, and they're pretty nifty, compared to the iPad, they're noticeably smaller, chunkier but generally seem like they could be a lot of fun to have.
$100 is a fantastic deal though if it's genuine.

The story of the Galaxy Tab has been quite a saga, to say the least. In fact, it was actually back in May that we first heard rumblings of Samsung's plans to unleash a 7-inch Android tablet much like its Galaxy S phones, but it was only after months of painful teasing -- including a cruel look at just its packaging on the Engadget Show -- that Sammy finally unveiled the Galaxy Tab to the world at IFA. The Tab certainly packed the specs -- a 1GHz processor, full Flash support thanks to Android...

Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 – Last year was a really attention-grabbing one for technology, because it saw the birth of the tablet pc a minimum of as we all know it nowadays. Apple all over again took the mobile world all of sudden by unveiling its iPad, that quickly managed to remodel itself from a “gigantic iPod”, to the newest craze, proving that tablets have a big spot within the gift and way forward for client computing. Naturally, everybody else followed suit and commenced work on their own tablet solutions. Samsung was among the primary ones to deliver a product to the market, within the type of its Galaxy Tab. However, the 7” slate was never extremely thought of a real opponent to the iPad. except for its smaller form-factor, what truly left it uncompetitive was its software platform. it absolutely was close to the tip of 2010, and Honeycomb wasn’t quite finished however. Thus, the Galaxy Tab ran Froyo – a reality, which, for the foremost half, wrote its unfortunate destiny.
The feature of the Samsung Galaxy Tab 750 that excites us the most is the mobility that the Galaxy Tab 750 brings to us. So, today let’s see why this feature excites us so much.

Mobility
The very purpose of any tablet is mobility and we think that the Galaxy Tab 750 does an excellent job when it comes it mobility.
The Galaxy Tab 750 weighs just 565 grams and is 8.6 mm thin. These specifications make Galaxy Tab 750 the thinnest and the lightest tablet currently available in the 10 inch screen tablet category making it highly mobile. At 565 grams the Galaxy Tab is only slightly heavier than your 2.5 inch pocket external hard drive. Now imagine how portable that makes the Galaxy Tab 750.
Samsung Galaxy Tab review – Does it suck? : Health Care,Medicine ...

Some months ago I purchased the Samsung Galaxy Tab myself and I am still impressed by the device. 10″ Tablets are nice, but 7″ tablets are best due to the form factor/ portability (unless you want to carry a bag with you all the time for the 10″ (while the 7″ just fits fine in my jacket). Only thing i would is a better battery life, but that would sacrifice the overall weight probably. Overall: well done, Samsung! I have seen Ipads (which are nice), but it’s the size that does it during the day!
@mpb1337 samsuck galaxy was worthless! I hated it so much I paid the $70 restock fee! Could not keep an internet connection & NONE of the apps would worked not even the ones that dont need a connection but after I’d use it for 10-30minnits & loose the 3G connection nothing would work! WiFi was almost imposable to connect! Should come with a warning my cause you to go insain! Could be great but its crap!
