What is the difference between the unlocked version of the Nexus One and the locked version of Nexus One?
There is no locked version, it is sold unlocked.

You can use AT&T or T-Mobile or a regional GSM carrier. However, it's likely that you will only be able to access 3g with AT&T. With the others, you'd be limited to Edge.

If you can not find a store close to you i would buy one online. If you have a cellular plan already you would be better off buying the phone online some sites let you buy the phone at lower cost if you extend your cellular contract.
