So i want to buy an Ipad 3g, but i'm buying it from Japan and i heard that it is locked to be used with SoftBank carrier only. So basically if i buy it and bring it to Cambodia, i will not be able to use
In the apple keynote, when the iPad was first introduced, steve jobs said that all iPads were unlocked. I do believd that that applied to the whole world not just the U.S. So it should work in Cambodia and you won't need to unlock it.

I'm travelling to Australia for a long while (about 2 months), and I'm planning on taking my iPad with me. My iPad is the 3G model with 32GB memory. But I'm not sure if I can use it in other countries
If your iPad has an AT&T sim card, you can access wi-fi for free even in Australia!
They have prepaid data plans for international travelers also.

Lost my ipad 3g and didn't install mobile me is there a way to find it maybe using like the 3G in it.

The ipad with 3G uses a sim card and you have to pay a monthly subscription to access the internet if you dont have wi-fi at home or you want to use it out and about. The ipad without 3G connects to the internet via your wi-fi so you dont need to pay

The sportleather, or any case that just says iPad. Do they work for the 3g model? Or does an opening need to be cut for the 3g transmitter or something?
Yes - the 3g model only relates to the fact that this particular ipad has a 3g internet connection.
The size and dimensions are the same - but you have a sim card in the 3g version. Any ipad case will fit a 3g ipad.
