What is the difference from the HTC Evo and HTC Desire HD apart from one being 4g?

Hi, my contract runs out soon and the HTC Evo isn't in the UK as it is 4g so the HTC Desire HD seems very similar but I don't know if there are many big differences. (Apart from it being 3g obviously).

The Desire HD has Dolby mobile sound, 1.5GB internal memory, WiFi n, Adobe flash capability and a slightly better processor than the Evo. In all other aspects the 2 are virtually the same. The Evo however, does have a secondary camera which the Desire

i got a plan for quite an amount of money to get internet on my phone wherever i go. my problem is that it doesn't seem to work. im sure there are settings for this but i don't know what. help. HTC DESIRE

Does an HTC Desire HD purchased from Singapore work in India? Does it should be unlocked in Singapore first so that it can work in India? My friend told me the warranty of phone purchased will not work

the situation is this - if you buy a factory unlocked phone from Singapore it will work anywhere. but if u buy a phone which has a contract with some network (they come cheaper) those wont work in India unless u hack it.

Sense 3.5 comes to the HTC Desire HD, unofficially -- Engadget

Have taken a leaked version of the software from the upcoming Bliss and ported it over to the Desire HD. As to be expected, there are some bugs with this 2.3.4-based ROM -- Bluetooth doesn't work at all, reportedly -- but that seems like a small price to pay for living on the cutting edge of Android skins. Hit up the source link or fire up ROM Manager to download now. After all, why should some anonymous woman with silver fingernails have all the fun?

Lucky owners of HTC Desire HD can now enjoy the first custom ROM loaded with Sense 3.5!

Recognized XDA Developer capychimp , who was responsible for bringing you the first ROM with fully working Sense 3.0, comes through again with the latest installment of HTC’s Sense UI. This ROM is based on Bliss WWE RUU 1.10.401.0 Android 2.3.4.

Bugs are to be expected with this being the first release.  This is to be expected so please give it time to become fully functional. Make sure to leave feedback for the developer about your experiences with the ROM.
