will the dell streak also be released unlocked the same day as it's release?

i was just wondering if it will be released unlocked or just locked to att i know in the uk it got released on the O2 first then unlocked will that be the same case here?
The US Dell Streak is missing UMTS 1700 so it can't be used with T-Mobile 3G even if it was sold unlocked. Compare the UMTS frequency differences between the UK and the US versions. However, you would still be able to use the WiFi / EDGE / Voice connections.

It will most likely be sold unlocked and locked to AT&T. They wouldn't do a pre-sale mailing list without saying that it would be only be available through AT&T

how much does it cost and are there any cases for it because i cant find any on google and if so how much are those and can you make calls on it and what are the free apps on it

2) Of course there are cases for it.
3) It's not out in all areas,
4) Several hundred.

Why does the Dell Activation Department and AT&T seem oblivious to the Dell Streaks capabilities?

We have yet to get this phone activated and Dell keeps saying YES YES WE CAN ACTIVATE THRU SPRINT, when apparently that is not the case. MY son is discouraged and I feel like an idiot for trusting the

I bought a new dell xps 15z about a month ago and just the other day I open up the case to find that the corner of the computer is a little bent and the screen has streaks all over it. Im sorta pissed
Streaks on the screen is a sign of water damage.
You can complain, and maybe they'll even do something, because it's been less than 45 days.
