I have a Asus Eee PC Series (1005HA/1005HAB) and my screen broke, do i need to find a screen that is 1005HA or 1005HAB or can I use another type of screen, please help.

The only website I have found that helped said to open a terminal window using Ctl+Alt+T (nothing happens) or to go to the control centre (there is none). It says something about Ctl+Alt+T only working

As anyone who has a netbook knows, they are great unless you have a problem where either the charger or the battery goes on the fritz. When I sent my netbook to get repaired by Asus, when it came back the battery had much-reduced capacity from its original 10.5 hours and so I bought this one while it was being “repaired”.

The only issue that I had was that the battery that I received was ‘WHITE’, not Black as per the description. Since my netbook was Black it did look a little strange, but functioned very well. I contacted the seller to alert him to the discrepancy and he offerred to immediately send me out a replacement. However, I declined since the battery was and continues to perform very well and it makes my netbook a unique two-tone model. Seller is very responsive and product performs well.
