I would definitely get the Xoom.
Either that or wait for the next Gen of the Galaxy Tab. Samsung's
display is much more beautiful than the
iPad and any other tablet.
Granted the resolution is still around 840x480, but the contrast

My personal recommendation is the iPad 2.

But from your choice, i would say the XOOM.

It is a great device, and Motorola actually have Google's back-end support.

Asus expected to shake up tablet market with eee Pad Transformer

So, when Apple redefined portability with the iPad in 2010, Asus was expected to be one of the first challengers. And, indeed, it hit the market mere weeks after the iPad, confusingly announcing an e-reader it called a Tablet, and a tablet it called a Pad. The fact that Apple didn’t immediately take them to court may well have been an indication that these devices posed little challenge to the iPad at the time. Fast-forward a year, and Asus has a device on the market that goes beyond the iPad.

It’s called the eee Pad Transformer, a 10.1” tablet running Android 3.0 or Honeycomb, and offers an optional docking keyboard that also boosts battery life from 9 hours to 16 hours. Well-priced at $399, its first production runs – estimated at about 100,000 – reportedly sold out immediately in some markets, and in June it shipped a further 300,000 units.

ASUS EeePad Transformer 3G Lands in Italy, Coming Soon to UK ...

ASUS EeePad Transformer is probably one of the best Android tablets available in the market at the moment and currently several retailers are offering it in USA. However, right now the Wi-Fi version is all that is available around the globe.  Happy with sales so far, ASUS is releasing the 3G version of the tablet.  Unfortunately,  the Transformer 3G is exclusive to Italy at the moment.  It's expected that it will hit UK and USA in August, so hopefully we will see it soon.

ASUS Italy is currently offering two variants of it, 16GB and 32GB version. 16GB is available for 499 Euros including VAT and 32GB is available for 599 Euros including VAT. After converting into Dollars, 599 Euro is almost $850 and 499 is around $710, that's kinda pricey but you have to lose some to get some. Other specs are just like the non-3G version.

3G Asus Eee Pad Transformer coming in October? - Liliputing

Email

The Asus Eee Pad Transformer is one of the best-selling Android tablets thanks to a reasonably low starting price of around $400. Asus also offers an optional keyboard dock accessory which adds a full keyboard, touchpad, and extra battery life to the tablet. But one thing the Transformer currently doesn’t support is 3G mobile broadband… at least not yet.

Last month we saw a listing for an Eee Pad Transformer with 3G show up in Italy . Now Dutch site Tablets Magazine has received a tip that the 3G model will be available in that country in early October .

A 3G tablet with 16GB of storage and now keyboard will sell for about 499 Euros. You’ll have to pay extra if you want the keyboard or 32GB of storage.

Asus Eee Pad Transformer 3G Price & Release Dates Confirmed

Another important thing to note is that Asus has altered the battery time of the Eee Pad Transformer TF101G (with keyboard dock) to be only 14.5 hours, versus the 16 hours of its non-3G brother. According to our sources, we can expect to see these go on sale in Europe first towards the end of August, with the US and Canada to follow shortly thereafter. There’s no word yet whether any of the major carriers will be picking any of these up, but we expect at least one of them to. Either way, expect the 16GB 3G Transformer to go for $499, and for the 32GB to go for $599.

Any takers? Does 3G connectivity matter to you, or is Wi-Fi enough for a tablet? Lots of financial analysts are saying that WiFi only tablets sell between 5-8 times as well as those with 3G. Why do manufacturers charge more for 3G variants when it only cost them a few dollars more to manufacturer?

Also grabbed a screenshot of an updated product page on ASUS's Italian site, though when we peeped the listing we just found the WiFi-only versions, with predictably lower prices to match. Either way you slice it, though, both the instruction manual and illustrated product guide are alive and well on ASUS' site, suggesting you should see this on the streets of Milano soon enough.
