Well its almost christmas and I'm not sure if i should get this or not. I do not want the ipad. I would like a tablet that is around 7 or 8 inches across. I don't know if i should wait for another one

Am I allowed to bring my Internet tablet on an airplane?

I'm flying within the US and I need to know if I'm permitted to bring my Archos 70 Internet Tablet on the airplane. I looked on the TSA website and it said laptops must have butterfly, tri-fold, or sleeve


You are allowed to bring your tablet on board. It doesn't need a case. But know that when you're about to put it into the machine to xray, you would have to take the tablet out.

Korisniku su na raspolaganju dva USB porta, jedna Host i drugi MiniUSB, priključak za slušalice ali čak i MiniHDMI konektor, tako da se slika lako može proslediti do nekog novijeg TV-a, što u suštini znači da se može koristiti kao Media plejer. Zanimljivo je da postoji i kick-stand postolje, koje služi da se tablet postavi u uspravan položaj na ravnu površinu, nalik na ram za slike. Ono što znamo je da Android 2.2 nije pravljen za tablete, već telefone, tako da realno nije idealno rešenje, no činjenica je i da u ovom slučaju radi sasvim lepo, i nismo primetili neka usporednja ili probleme, što verovatno treba zahvaliti procesoru na 1GHz i dovoljnoj količini memorije. Oni koji vole da se igraju će sigurno biti zadovoljni, pa iako nije ugrađeno moćno rešenje kao što je Tegra čip kompanije NVIDIA, svakako ima dovoljno snage za nešto zahtevnije 3D igre.

Nemrégiben járt nálunk az Archos 10,1 hüvelykes , majd 7 hüvelykes tabletje a Bluechip webáruház jóvoltából. Most tovább haladunk lefelé – legalábbis ami a kijelző méretét illeti. Íme, itt az Archos 43 és 32, melyeknél a szám a kijelző méretére utal, tehát a nagyobb 4,3, a kisebb 3,2 hüvelykes képernyőt kapott. Jó kérdés, hogy lehet-e még ezt a méretet tabletnek nevezni, még annál is jobb, hogy lehet-e ezeket a masinákat tabletes dolgokra használni. Külsőre inkább okostelefonra hasonlítanak, a kisebbre nem is merték ráírni, hogy internet tablet. Az 32-es az első Archos tablet, melynek előlapján gombok sorakoznak, igaz, azok is érintősek. A szokásos, androidos gombok mellett került ide egy hangerőszabályzó páros is. Érdekes, hogy másik pár ilyen gomb van a készülék hosszabb oldalán.

@Toyeboy89 The Tablet runs fine with 256mb of ram i would prefer 512mb of ram like most tablets and phones do but they didn’t think it was good to add more ram since it would add to the price but why do we need more memory apslib doesn’t use that much its because we download the AndroidMarket place so that we cn play more games whit HD Graphics it is a good tablet but in the future i would prefer 512mb or more but 1gb is too much for a table my cousin pc has 1gb of ram is too much for tablet

I’m getting some bonus cash this month and wanted to spend a bit of it for a device like this. Mind if I ask how well it does as an ebook reader? I would be using it mostly for ebook reading, maybe some video viewing during night shifts at work. I also like to write down ideas I get for stories the moment I get them and doodle things I can later make into actual artwork, any useful apps for that for this?
