Having already purchased an iPhone 4, I'm eligible for a free case :) I love my Medley iPhone 4 case http://iphone-4-case.org/medley-iphone-4 -case/ but I ordered it even before the free case giveaway. :) To answer the question, I don't like the Bumper that much.
But which one should I get?

I got a new iphone and I want to know what is the best iphone 4 case. I don't want the new iphone to have any scratches or cracks. I want the case to have good protection on the iphone.

The Otterbox is expensive and thick.
The one I'm using is the Belkin Grip Vue. It's only about $28. It's a reallly nice case, combination of both silicon and hard. I've dropped it soooooooo many times (even on concrete) and it hasn't cracked yet.
Apple said they were refunding $29 to all of those who bought a case at the time they got their iphone 4's... Apple also said they have the way to get it posted on their site by today... So far neither
they said all the information would be posted by the end of the week. and do remember that apple is out of california so its like 6:30 am there right now so if they were to post the site today on how to get refunds or free bumpers it probably wouldn't

Yeah - the free case DOES fix the issue, otherwise they would not be giving it out. LOL

Its expensive but I would go for the Otterbox Defender. That's the one I use and its hot pink ♥

Keep in mind – a water proof case would have to be AIR TIGHT – so it’d be tough to make a functional water proof case – being that the iphone has a huge TOUCH screen. I did a quick search on google and I wasn’t able to find anything, I even checked on http://gorillagadgets.com/ because they have EVERYTHING and I wasn’t able to find anything. Strangely though for some reason they call the colour of the case red, whereas I would have thought it would have been flesh colour, but this unusual case does apparently feature charger cut outs.
The only thing I would say is in favour of owning this ear shaped case is that you are probably unlikely to see any other user actually using one, so you could be in a class of your own, and as the site says, stand out from the crowd.
So if you are crazy enough to actually want to hold a giant ear to your ear when using your iPhone 4, you can purchase the Ear case for the iOS smartphone at a cost of £12.95, which is roughly $20.
