Do they do they also ask for a ssn when getting the ipad with 3g enabled? since it requires cellular

Will i need to pay the full price for one month if i want 3G for one day on my IPad 2?
Apr 09, 2011 by Nicollovesyou | Posted in Cell Phones & Plans
I am going to buy the IPad 2 with WiFi and 3G from either apple.com or walmart.com and i would like to know if i want the 3G for one day, how much would i have to pay? Or can i only do the 3G minimum
I'm not sure how Verizon works but usually when you purchase the device it does require you to keep the $30 data feature on permanently as part of the plan. many carriers do not allow u to remove the feature at anytime unless you have a grandfathered

Apologies in the event that this might be a little bit of off of subject yet I had to write about this kind of excellent thing I uncovered. Apple is generating an overstock with the unique ipad and supplying away $100 itune giftcard in order to down

Should I get the AT&T Palm Pre Plus or an Apple iPad?
Apr 10, 2010 by BabyFace | Posted in PDAs & Handhelds
When the first Palm Pre was release on Sprint I wasn't very impressed, but later when I started watching YouTube videos I fell in love. Then when Randall Stevenson said he would like to see webOS devices
Get yourself a Palm Pre. Trust me you will love it. The iPad is kind of annoying when you try to type on the digital computer. It's a good idea but needs work. Do yourself a favor and get the phone.

Some iPad 2 questions, if someone wouldn't mind helping out...?
Mar 07, 2011 by DangerusZack | Posted in Laptops & Notebooks
So I'm thinking of buying an iPad 2 and I'm not sure whether or not to get the 3G model or not. Obviously the prices are the same for the iPad itself; my question is--it says somewhere on the Apple website
If you get a 3G iPad, you don't have to buy a 3G plan and the plans are month to month. Data for ATT on the iPad are $15 (200mb) and $25 for the 2GB. I have not seen Verizon rates for the iPad yet.

What "Tech item" should I get? PLZ ANSWER?
Sep 19, 2010 by CarolinaLuvGurl | Posted in Programming & Design
I have the samsung impression and a 2nd generation ipod touch. I recently had my birthday and thought of buying something with my birthday money. I obviously don't have enough for all of these items, but
I would get an iphone 4, because the iphone can exactly the same stuff as an ipad, you can go on the internet so basically replaces getting a laptop, you can also watch tv on the iphone wherever u are, and getting a mac wud take you a long time to save,

It certainly doesn’t have the flair and emotional connection of one of Apple’s iPad adverts , but Verizon has aired its own iPad 2 commercial, promoting the use of the device with their 3G network. It highlights a few specific iPad features that are made functional with Verizon’s network such as downloading a new book from iBooks at the beach and tweeting at a campsite. Consistent with other Verizon adverts, specific mention is also made towards the end of the advert of Verizon’s network coverage across the US, stating that it is “America’s largest and most reliable network”.
Apple says it's looking into an issue that requires some iPad 2 owners with built-in Verizon 3G to reboot their devices to re-enable 3G after turning it off.
In a statement by an Apple representative released to All Things Digital today, the company said it is aware that some iPad 2 owners with the Verizon 3G model are having connectivity issues and is investigating it. The number of those affected is "small," the company said.
Complaints began mounting on an Apple Support Discussions board in the days following the release of the iPad 2 with some users finding that the software switch to turn the 3G antenna on and off was not reactivating without first powering down the unit.
