I just recently bought a MID M80006 8" google android tablet. Where can I find skins and cases? Not just the black ones but ones with designs? What is the difference between the 80003 and the 80006? Walmart , phone Companies Like Sprint and stuff

and the 8 inch run android 2.2
I'd suggest to go with the one with android 2.3 as it has a lot of improvements (see link below for reference). Also check to see if your 7-inch tablet that runs android 2.3 also has an 8-inch version available, you never know :)

Definitely no. The MID M80006, like many in the $100-$350 price range are Chinese-manufactured wholesale tablets. They are very poor quality, grossly underpowered, and their functionality is often flawed. In all seriousness, like clothes and cars, teenagers
